中華民國銀行公會金融業拆款中心為改善舊有系統運作的問題，委託紅貴賓資訊開發全新拆款管理系統。
紅貴賓資訊透過需求訪談與分析舊有系統，在設計全新介面的同時也兼顧原使用者的操作習慣，順利開發出新一代的管理系統，並已於 2010年 10 月 26 日順利上線驗收。
